The Oakdale clinic is located directly across from the library in downtown Oakdale. The Elizabeth clinic is located about 15 minutes from our main campus. Family Medicine Associates of Oakdale is located across the street from the hospital. Our Oberlin clinic is located about 15 minutes from our main campus across the street from the Courthouse in Oberlin. All four of our clinics are providing outstanding care to residents in Oakdale, Elizabeth, Oberlin and the surrounding areas.
Our full-time physicians and nurse practitioners are certified in family medicine and provide many services including immunizations, screenings, well-checks, colds, flu, sore throats, allergies and more. They also manage chronic diseases and conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and COPD.
KidMed services are also available at of our Elizabeth clinic.
